Strawberry Picking

We went with our playgroup to pick strawberries on Tuesday (and then again with Anthony on Saturday).  I don't think June and Caroline enjoyed themselves too much.  June picked one or two berries and then decided she wasn't built for manual labor, but kindly agreed to carry the bucket while I picked.  Caroline would walk down the row, pick a few and then have to sit down and take a break.  I think picking was something they tolerated so they could get ice cream afterwards.  Much like last year, Caroline cried when her ice cream was gone and June enjoyed hers to the last drop.
